This rich plant path has become a life’s calling and I am dedicated to sharing the wonder and wisdom of plants with others.

As a somatic-focused therapist, I believe the root cause of illness and suffering can often sit in our bodies, beliefs, emotions and past trauma experiences. In feeling a deeper reciprocal and receptive connection, and love with the natural world around us, there is an opportunity to develop a greater understanding of our own inner landscape, and come home to ourselves, in sensual aliveness.
